NetProphet is a free prediction league platform operated by Jack Crawford ("we", "us", "our"). It allows users to create private leagues, predict the outcomes of football matches, and compete on leaderboards with friends and colleagues.
NetProphet is a skill-based prediction game. It is not a gambling platform and does not offer cash prizes or operate prize draws.
By registering for an account, you confirm that:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for an extended period.
NetProphet allows users to predict the outcomes of football matches (Home Win, Draw, or Away Win). Points are awarded for correct predictions according to the scoring system displayed in the app.
Predictions lock automatically at the kickoff time of each match. Late predictions are not accepted. We are not responsible for technical issues on your device or internet connection that prevent you from submitting predictions before the deadline.
Match results and points calculations are based on official results. We endeavour to update results promptly but do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
NetProphet includes an optional group pot tracking feature that allows league organisers to record voluntary contributions from members and display an estimated fund total and distribution split.
Any financial arrangements between league members are entirely the responsibility of those members. The league organiser acts as the custodian of any group pot. NetProphet accepts no liability for any disputes arising from group pot arrangements between users.
If you choose to operate a group pot, you are responsible for ensuring your arrangements comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any rules relating to workplace competitions or informal distribution arrangements.
League organisers are responsible for the conduct of their leagues and the accuracy of any group pot settings they configure.
By joining a league, you agree that your display name and prediction results will be visible to other league members.
League organisers may remove members from their leagues at their discretion. We are not responsible for disputes between league members.
NetProphet may charge a one-time fee to unlock unlimited membership for a league. This fee is for access to the platform feature only and is not an entry fee into any competition.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

All content, design, code, and branding on NetProphet is owned by Jack Crawford unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Football data, team names, and tournament information are the property of their respective rights holders. NetProphet uses this data under licence for informational purposes.
NetProphet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that predictions, results, or points will always be accurate.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jack Crawford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NetProphet, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or disputes arising from group pot arrangements between users.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of NetProphet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by displaying a notice within the app. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NetProphet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
